Ultimately this is a real gem of a game and I would highly encourage anyone who enjoys intriguing stories, seriously taken characters and development, and a highly unique world and combat to give this a try - it's almost a crime not to, given the price.

Precision combat is not usually my preferred type of gameplay, but I actually very much enjoyed the system here.

I appreciate that the players can choose to spend time grinding or gitting gud or some combination thereof, instead of either forcing grinding or forcing players to learn very tight timings.

Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the gorgeous soundtrack.

I also love how the changes that happen to the Settlement and your role in it are in many ways shown, not told, through background visuals, through the attitudes and dialogue of certain characters towards you, and even through sidequest availability.
