What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The characters are likable, some of the dialogue is genuinely enjoyable, and while the story may not reinvent the genre, it still keeps me invested.
As for gameplay, the battles can be pretty challenging at times.
Visually, it looks fantastic, with an art style that clearly takes inspiration from Pokémon while still building its own identity with a darker and more unique atmosphere.
The soundtrack fits the world perfectly and adds a lot to the immersion.
On the Steam Deck especially, the game runs really well with smooth performance overall, which honestly deserves recognition nowadays.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
