We get a full-blown post-apocalyptic story that deals with the deeper meaning behind relationships and even broad topics like humanity without feeling like it was written by an edgy middle schooler like Monark was.

The artstyle/graphics is what I would say "unique" among the other anime-style games, because bosses can have really really good designs (if they're not recycled enemies posing as bosses) and character sprites are very expressive.
