What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The story is good, but when the majority of gameplay is miserable it does not make the game worth playing.
SR2 was cool because Raziel got to keep his powers from SR1 and collect an entirely new set, and at least the temples had unique visuals and gameplay.
Keyboard has abysmal controls, so I played with controller which has fine controls except that I cannot use manual first person camera look.
Seriously, the voice acting in this game is amazing.

I played this game on the OG XBox, on PS2, and on Steam, via Windows PC and Steam Deck.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
