It's simple, you have 2 characters at the start, each comes with mostly different abilities and you get more characters as you progress in the game.
Gameplay: 3.5 - As much as I like the gameplay, it isn't for everyone and I feel the game could have been better optimized as I noticed some major stuttering during some of the mini games.
A lot better voice acting (in some cases)
Lack of Steam Deck support: The first game had immediate Steam Deck support, so there's no excuse as to why this game didn't have it day one, or at least have it by now.
