The major strong points are in the combat, as fighting against some of the legendary enemies could be really engaging and even somewhat challenging at times, and the witty, arrogant dialogue that would be expected from a bunch of gods.

The graphics go for style over realism, which makes them age much better, and it's easy to tell things apart, each region is pretty environmentally diverse, and I enjoy being able to see the whole map from different perch points.

As a completionist, after playing through the whole content available right now (August 2025) with over 130+ hours of gametime on Normal difficulty, I highly recommend this masterpiece and all of its expansions, or so-called downloadable contents (DLCs).
