Having enjoyed playing the first game and all the DLC's, it took a couple of goes to warm to this one, due to the change in art style, but once I did, I am now thoroughly enjoying this as much as the first game.
The level progression is gentle too: every difference gives one star, and you only need between 2 and 4 stars to unlock the next stage.
While the mechanics remain simple at their core, the difficulty curve is thoughtfully balanced.
Bought their soundtrack just to support the devs - great work!
Even the settings menu has cute little interactions, and the photo mode is a treat if you love taking silly or aesthetic screenshots.
