Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes - Definitive Edition

Still there is quite some fun to be had; the singleplayer can be 100% casually in around 25 hours plus you get the multiplayer that can be quite endearing.

It looks and sounds nice, you can save anywhere and the game seems to generally respect your time even with the most grindy achievement.

Clash of Heroes boasts a massive 20+ hour story (it took me about 22 hours to complete) spanning 5 main areas.

The revised artwork is a mixed bag - some NPCs look better, and the portrait graphics are overall more impressive on a technical level (with finer linework, smoother detail and more complex light rendering), but some of the heroes (like Anwen, Aidan or Nadia) and bosses (Azexes) look rather offputting or stray too far from the sprite design.

At its core, it blends match-based puzzle gameplay with tactical combat and light RPG progression, resulting in a system that feels both intuitive and surprisingly deep.

The Match-3 style breeds a satisfyingly high skill ceiling with a pick-up-and-play moniker that will gladly greet anyone that finds its way into its world.
