Had an amazing time playing the game, after so many games releasing nowadays with bad optimisation that runs at 30 fps on a 5090 and TAA that gives me motion-sickness it was such a relief to spend my time playing a game which ran amazingly was so well written with fun moments, detailed environments and characters that actually make you care.
It carefully transitions its prior lore and gameplay into something that makes it a perfect sequel for both returning players and those who have never played the first game, something that is extremely difficult to pull off.
Now running on Valve's powerful new engine, Source, it brings significant improvements to animations, physics, lighting, setpiece size, and more.

The soundtrack is great, the characters are fun and the map is so easy to immerse yourself in, seriously it's even better than some laid out designs in this era of gaming, and considering this came out 20+ years ago that's saying something!
