What players think
The recurring themes across 48 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
As you venture through the different levels, looking for more quests in different scenarios, you encounter unique sections of environments and enemies that keep the game fresh and exciting with each new run.
The comic book intros and pixel monster graphics are stunning, and the game's storyline is well-crafted, making for an immersive and satisfying gameplay experience.
Co-Op for this style of game is also very well done, and really feels like an odd beat-em up game but in shooter format, like old school Contra or NARCS.
Game art, story, characters, and the voice acting are pretty pulpy though, love those aspects.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
