What players think
The recurring themes across 275 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
+ good dialoge (not that much if you prefer a more story focused game then go to the second game)
The soundtrack is fun and I feel all the tracks are fairly memorable and fit the generally lighthearted theme of the game.
I feel the minigames do add a lot to the entertainment value and replayability of it, though there probably will be a point at which you've exhausted most of what there is to do aside from finishing achievements (most of which are straightforward anyway if you go through the main story path and play as all four ponies).
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
