To be fair, you do not need a good narrative or good dialogue to make a fun horror game, I mean almost every PS1 horror has good lore but terrible writing, you just have to find a way to make the exploration more enjoyable.
- Some voice acting would have been nice instead of just text
Personally, I don't mind the gameplay, it's very shallow, but it's relatively easy to control the character and the aiming, admittedly cheap looking interface, but it does the job.
