What players think

The sound design and visuals are fantastic, worth the price of a McDonalds meal.
The sound design and voice acting is great, and the atmosphere is chilling.
The ending is far better than the EA version's, the level designs are largely improved, and the horror element is cranked up higher than the EA versions of Expedition and "Found Footage" before it, without becoming cheesy.
Anyways this game is pretty cool--i'd say ~2 hours worth of gameplay every 6 months (so you forget everything).
My only complaints are it is still pretty much a walking simulator (which is to be expected, not a big complaint) and that the optimization is very poor.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
