There are many characters to unlock, and they're all different, and on top of that, the sprite work is pretty fantastic.
Honestly I don't fully understand the progression as I thought that things like perks of units would matter, but it never really felt like it as it felt more like you just want to get general progress and everything will speed up a bunch.
the graphics are cute and quite nice, so it's better than most simple graphics idle games
