before anything I just wanna say you basically act like a human the entire game before the ending and I honestly think it would've been more interesting if the setting was a regular person dealing with this ♥♥♥♥ than a scared ass eldritch being. wasn't anything scary either unless you get scared of your sleep paralysis demon that keeps creeping up beside you while you try to get through this thing, anyway was interested at first but they skipped anything that you might've been interested in considering you're supposed to be some eldritch being but no, they just mention that as a kid you were weird and bit your finger nearly off and thats it, any sort of gameplay is based off your very first choice of fighting fleeing or faking death and fleeing, and if you do anything that doesn't align with your first choice they tell you "yeah no you suck at this" and nothing seems to happen, they have "branching" paths but all that is will just be side content if you for some reason care about these super boring characters, which you wont and at some point I just straight up said with one of my choices "I don't wanna do this" and the game just says "no ♥♥♥♥ you" and the equivalent of some fat ass smelling a BBQ happens and I'm drawn into the woods like an unattended child that saw a free candy fan and follow 2 random stranger into a cabin, and even tho I literally never interacted with any of these characters during my playthrough besides talking with liv once, apparently everyone for some reason liked me...or trusted me enough to just do whatever I asked when I asked (major spoilers after this btw) even the other eldritch being who I spent hunting down their entire race for nearly a thousand years (apparently) and the sister who I screamed at and straight up told I'm some cosmic horror that stole her brothers body and killed her dad (I didn't say it was on accident I was quite clear I didn't really care) and some random lady who has an actual child with her who seems perfectly fine with all of a sudden praying to some eldritch being who admitted to killing one person and taking over the body of another less than a minute ago, oh also the ending blows, just had some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hentai fight where I tossed tentacles viciously at this "hunter" thats been trying to kill me for 27 years and I beat him in like 5 pages because I had some schitzo episode and talked to myself in a dream so now I can be an eldritch horror again, yeah thats it, I don't even kill or consume it he just calls me a ♥♥♥♥♥ ass cheater and leaves while the hipster thats friends with my sister talks to fairy's about opening portals or some ♥♥♥♥ idk, wish I had whatever she was smoking because it might've been an enjoyable experience at that point
