What players think
The recurring themes across 50 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Everything else, though, is nigh on perfection – the graphics, the music, the puzzles, the jumpscares.
A blend of Anime, Noir, and classic Resident Evil, GaD brings together these elements to create an enjoyable experience, all the while coming across as fresh, simple things like using cigarettes to alleviate stress/health which is something I have always considered would be applicable to such a genre is executed here and is nice to see, the limited voice acting is solid compared to other indie horror games I have played, the Pines Hotel feels like a hotel and not just some rehashed Spencer Mansion, no game breaking bugs.

Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
