What players think
The recurring themes across 62 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
It's on the simple end and if you're skilled at similar games you'll probably complete it in under 20 hours, but during that time you'll have fun figuring out builds that put you ahead of the gradual enemy power curve stat steadily increases across 20 'scenes' in each session so that you're filling the entire screen with lasers and melting the boss at the end. 10 total characters with differing playstyles to unlock, 4 stages to clear with all of them, and 40 'entertainer' levels to progress through that unlock additional items to utilize in silly ways.
A) Balance: "create an overpowered character", or "how to throw random overpowered BS with zero care about balance" and package it as a gameplay feature.
Each run takes 10-15 minutes so it's perfect for the Steam Deck or just a little mindless pew pew while listening to a podcast.
The graphics are silly and fun, cartoonish but that adds to the appeal.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
