Mark of the Ninja

Everything seems to be flowing accordingly and the mechanics are kept simple however challenging enough to make it worth it.

While you won't get particularily involved with any of the characters, the storytelling is enough to make you play level after level just to see what happens next, and honestly just to see the antagonists **** their pants when you arrive on their doorstep.

The art style is reasonably distinct, makes good use of dark colors and shadows, and has a cel-shaded, cartoony vibe to it.

-Each level has plenty of collectibles, unique challenges and the overall difficulty curve is well balanced.

You can arm yourself with incredible variety of tools - you can change your skin/cloth, resulting in a different combat style that can alter your health, pool of distraction or offense items, and sometimes introducing unique traits to that combat style.

I found the sound effects for assassinating foes, breaking lights, and tossing smoke bombs to be satisfying.
