What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
I've heard some people criticise the writing and while i agree that some parts were a bit heavy handed, especially the corporate/capitalism parts, i found the story nonetheless very captivating.
The whole soundscape of the game is very immersive and pairs nicely with the visuals which are breathtaking.
Another one is that health/flask amount can only be upgraded a good ways into the game, this makes early game progression a bit lackluster but once you're past 1/3rd of the game it's fine.
The ambience is chill, the sound design is slick, subtle, and satisfying.
I played both on Steam Deck and a 7800x3d/rx9070 based system.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. One more theme was raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and is not shown.
