Having more of the humor that Penny Arcade is known for, with a more engaging story line, that feels to be the perfect length, this is probably the best game in the series (although I haven't played 4 yet, so...)
That alone makes Episode 3 easy to pick up and play, and the gameplay will keep you around for the long haul.
You might like if: You enjoyed the previous Rain-Slick episodes and also enjoy old-school turn-based RPG's like Final Fantasy or Pokémon - ones with simple graphics but a lot of variety and depth in combat.
Game has a good soundtrack, the sprite-graphic is a goodie and fighting is actually fun to tactic with.
