the controls and physics need some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it there's no feeling better than mastering the harder difficulties. there are a lot of accessibility options/setting, comprehensive and easily adjustable for any skill level; there's something for everyone. the pixel art is great, the soundtrack is amazing, and the different types of enemies are fun to learn and defeat. the looping/item system is genius for ramping up the difficulty. some achievements come down to luck in shop items. i did a lot of grinding for this game but it's all worth it

Also AWESOME devs for adding so much customization for the difficulty and the screen effects, most indie games wouldn't consider that.Charming visuals and a banging soundtrack are included.
