What players think
The recurring themes across 76 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The presentation is spiritually provocative, its overwhelming maximalism and often garish visuals fusing with the intensely beautiful yet deeply unsettling soundtrack to coalesce with your possibly chronological but certainly never linear explorations of the cosmically extrinsic 'sites' within.
The unique visuals, philosophical bent, perfectly meshing soundtrack, and overall just fun gameplay with a wealth of levels to dig into makes this pretty easy to recommend, at least so long as you enjoy weird stuff.

the color vomit was originally what allured me to the game, but after reaching the endgame, i ended up going for every achievement, discovering every level, and collecting every form. this game has a surprisingly large amount of levels, just about all of them very fast and loose, and of varying quality, but they were cobbled together *just enough* to have some fun things to do in it, to tell a story, and be (mostly) visually appealing. the soundtrack is surprisingly really good, too. the artist, dl Salo, put the OST on their bandcamp, check it out.
