Story and characters
Players who bring up Story and characters mostly praise it.
As of writing this I have close to 10 hours in the game between the early access release and the Act 1 demo, and as it stands even in early access, Magenta Horizon is one of the easiest recommendations of my life to fans of action games, spectacle fighters, platformers, and just unique and challenging experiences in gaming in general.

Gameplay
Players who bring up Gameplay mostly praise it.
It of course doesn't stop there though, because all of this synergizes with the core gameplay pretty masterfully as well.

Audio
Players who bring up Audio mostly praise it.
A lot of this is owed to the incredible visuals with a unique cacophony of color, twisted enemy designs and area backgrounds with a hand-painted flair, and of course a fantastic and incredibly unique orchestral/prog-metal soundtrack that complements this all beautifully.
