TL;DR I recommend a game and love playing it, has mild replayability.
Okay, This game has been out for 9 years on steam and there's still no online multiplayer well there is one in beta but it doesn't work and it well crash your game.
+ interesting pixel graphics
in my honest opinion, it's a pretty good game, you'll probably get a few laughs and good times out of it, also seeing as how you can play with buddies split-screen, but you will definately also rage at it once in a while.
The sound design in Cortex Command is excellent.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
