The story as Convoluted as Crysis 2 was is far more understandable and there's a lot more interpersonal issues (The first time since Crysis Warhead).
So I would say this game Gameplay wise is much much better than Crysis 2 and would be considered a side grade to Crysis.

The soundtrack is also outstanding.
