What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The ending is more satisfying than the To Be Continued of the first game, it's longer and more varied.
New gameplay elements are introduced at a brisk pace.
The world looks relatively handsome--prebaked shadows and GI means the visuals look a lot better than the real-time engine could manage with the only shortcoming being some low-res textures here and there.
The musical soundtrack is one of the best, if not the best in VR.
Not so with Moss 2, the game has 3 settings for graphics, and using the High setting I'm down to about res 250% to get solid 90 fps.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
