Quasimorph

This is an excellent although unforgiving roguelike with a lot of systems in place aside from just doing runs and shooting things in the face (although that is the main gameplay loop).

The tactics, balance, and gameplay are solid, the enemy resources vary by faction and level, making the player have to prepare appropriately or else get taken down and the game is very unforgiving once the spiral starts.

The amount of content in terms of equipment, weapons, classes, technologies, etc. is honestly insane.

This faction reputation thing combined with the large unit roster and gear list makes for a fun game full of surprises.

As much as I want to love this game (I even bought the supporter pack, since the OST is great), it's unfortunately way too difficult and volatile, even after enabling free repairs.

Among the things I can praise without hesitation are the graphics, the level tiles and lighting effects in particular look good and along with the truly great soundtrack the atmosphere is delivered in spades.
