Star Overdrive

Graphics is very beautiful, there are views of the planet in this game that made me stand still and stare for minutes, the hoverboard is something completely new and alone deserves to the game a positive review, since It’s becoming increasingly rare that we see new kind of bold gameplay in this kind of bigger "open world"games, no wonder it comes for an indie team.

The story is really touching, the end was not completely unexpected but has a strong emotional moment (...) The crafting supports the longevity of the game, I found the customization of the hoverboard to be useful and a nice aesthetic addition (maybe we could have some more here but I get that this is the story of "Bios" and a character customization would change this focus).

The music tapes you find around the map are a nice addition to the soundtrack, initially I felt that the choice of a subtle ambience soundtrack during exploration like in Zelda was a little too much, but the rock songs you can play at any time (who is the band??!?!) pump you up at will.

The visuals are stunning, the strange landscapes of dunes, rock formations, and mechanical structures serve the gameplay beautifully while also being a feast for the eyes.
