What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
-the plot : climate changes and earth is flooded, water levels rises , people died, so the government decided to build new cities above the water lines but that work needs hard workers so they decided to build robot for that ,the geneva made some laws forbidding people to create robots that resemble to humans physically and emotionally but suddenly a robot shows up as humans and the worst part that even he did know that he was a robot , so geneva send the best rust crew ( special ops ) in japan to investigate ( japan is the only country that has the technology to build stuff like that obviously) + plot twist around every corner and that's how i love my games ( can't predict whats is really going on until the last second) .
The story is interesting, the pacing is spot on, the characters and their interactions are memorable, it has multiple endings, shooting robots is a blast, the bosses are huge and fun to deal with, the AI is pretty solid for the most part, the length of the story mode is decent (around 10 hours), there is replayability with playing levels with different members or seeing the different conclusions of the story.
I frequently play games from pre 2013 era but the graphics for this game are too outdated for 2025 speically because several games which released before this game have better graphics.
-sound : one of the best voice acting ( total immersion ) , nice soundtrack , perfect sound effect and like i said , if you have a mic then you can give orders directly to you team.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
