Tomb Raider Game of the Year

Plenty of weapons and upgrades, plenty of enemy variety and progression is steady. very metroidvania coded with how likely you are to double back to previous locations to access areas you couldn't earlier.

The plot itself feels somewhat esoteric and mystical, yet the narrative presentation is generally solid, even if a couple of questions remain regarding the central storyline.

As the plot advances, players continually acquire new gear and weapons, using these tools to access previously inaccessible areas—a solid design approach that effectively sustains freshness and enthusiasm.

The game runs on a proprietary engine, and the graphics look quite good and pleasing to the eye (though, for the record, the visuals in the sequel—*Rise of the Tomb Raider*—are even better, bordering on true next-gen quality).

The audio is excellent: voice acting, sound effects, and the soundtrack all work together to create an immersive, engaging atmosphere.

I just played this game, it's really exciting, the adventure feels great , the samurai and oni character design is really crazy.
