Coupled with the responsive controls, great/non-cheap enemy pattern design, very well-made visuals and a really good soundtrack, Gunvein ends up being a really fun game to play.
You have three classic ship types, an arcade mode, stage select, a mission mode, arguably the best tutorial mode in ANY shmup, and a really cool roguelike arrange mode that adds to the replayability!
