Online multiplayer is actually quite fun and they're also other modes too, which includes leaderboards, you will have to setup an account through the game to play the online modes and view the leaderboards which is very simple to do.
It can be enjoyed no matter how you play, its good on keyboard good on mobile good with steering wheel or a gamepad.
I was maxed on my refresh rate (240 fps) and was only using like 20% GPU and CPU.
