To be very clear, I don't think it's the voice actor, actually there are moments in some cutscenes where she projects more urgency, so she is capable of doing so, it's more so the writing and the feedback the character was given for the puzzles, often feeling like it was only designed to keep the game going.
Visually, The Abandoned Planet embraces a meticulously crafted pixel-art style that evokes the charm of retro adventure games while incorporating modern lighting, animation, and texture effects.
Yea they were too easy at first, but once you get to ACT 3, I think the difficulty is perfect, I don't think the puzzles need to be harder than that, you pay attention, you take a few screenshot, and the things kinda fall into place.
There is a good flow to the progression in the visuals, like creating depth with 2D images and various perspectives.
