The Oregon Trail

Beside the main journey, there are other scenarios, trails (like the California Gold Rush trail), scenarios and challenges you can do to extend your gameplay beside the main trail and it has good replayability value on higher difficulty once unlocked after your 1st playthrough and done some of the other scenarios which unlock new items and professions.

I guess some people expected to look like a Rockstar game with fancy graphics, but that's not the point of this game, the point is to be artistic and give homage to the old style game and they captured that very well while being modern at the same time, the art style of the game is beautiful, the music and sound is great and fitting for the game.

The result is a game that’s less about raw survival difficulty and more about narrative immersion, emotion, and reflection.

Other than that, it is very fun to play, especially on the Steam Deck.

The soundtrack complements this beautifully with a blend of folk-inspired melodies and ambient compositions that capture the loneliness and grandeur of the trail.
