the lack of multiplayer in this game is almost a non selling factor to me, when you start in you see a room with four other beds all with wrangler gear ready and available. making look like there can a should be multiplayer, only to find out, even after betting the story, there is no multiplayer, which to me, the selling point for a "creature collector", to show and trade the creatures you collect with friends and others.
