What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Something I would like about this game is more achievements that actually challenge you and are not a marker of which tracks you raced on and better presets for multiplayer gameplay.
You can play time trial basically just trying to get the fastest lap time and competing against the online leaderboard, you can race against CPUs with a number and difficulty of your choosing (default is 20 CPUs, but I think that gets a bit crowded), you can play local versus split screen which looks like a fun afternoon but sadly I wasn’t able to try it out, same with the online multiplayer, I just couldn’t find any matches.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
