SpellRogue is phenomenal as you discover all the different characters and builds, with a healthy balance of managing the inherent randomness in dice through a diverse spell build and optimizing for maximum synergy.
I want to start by saying that even for an early access title, the game has a great deal of replayability thanks to its deep systems.
- Graphics are pretty
The music and the sound effects are all pleasant to listen to.
Overall a 8/10 game that I highly recommend for rogue-like fans, especially if you have steam deck or equivalent for that pick-up-and-play factor.
Great interface, lots of fun, a huge diversity of builds to try.
