There's a sort of embedded narrative, where the main story is told (and played) from the fixed first-person view, but the frame story is narrated by Adrienne's therapist who likes to comment on subtext occasionally, unable to accept her strange tale at face value.
I will say that 50% of my enjoyment in horror games comes from the choice of music and SFX, and in my opinion, you made all the right choices there, I think the atmosphere was a constant part of the game, and I think the visuals complemented it very well.
It's quite rudimentary gameplay wise, fit for the whole family, hehe.
