When the game functions it's an amazing high paced DMC/Ultrakill hybrid that has good gunplay, unique and fun ideas with the arms switching system, the animations are stellar, and the voice acting and writing for the most part I think is great.

There's other cool mechanics here like the ability to use a claw weapon to pick up and throw enemies or hacking their guns as you're holding them so they essentially become another gun in your inventory until you throw them.

Here are the things I liked: the music; the weapons; the combo-multiplier; the enemy variety; the voice acting; the jokes; the character designs; the art style; and the early-game level design.

I enjoy the overall art style and art direction but it's not always the nicest game to look at or listen to.

First of all, it's really easy and a hard mode sounds really needed since even with my parries being not the greatest and at times me mashing buttons in a panic, I still managed to fly through the game with ease.
