DS doesn't suffer from this nearly as much because the visuals stand out.

On the technical side, the game runs smoothly on both PC and Nintendo Switch, and has also been confirmed as Steam Deck compatible.
I couldn't imagine playing a SHMUP without a controller, and it worked very well here.
