In summary I said the game lacked clarity, too random and clustered, and poor sound design, but the game was still fun with the main character, the guns, cool enemies, cool art style, smooth and overall good feeling combat.
In short: Rule No. 2 fixes every issue with Rule No. 1 and improves on it substantially but also removed several things that added replayability in Rule No. 1 as well as some of it's charm.

It's a fun little FPS but I'm recommending against buying it because it's literally non-functional.
