In other words, difficulties are not exactly assessed and graded to allow a mature gameplay so it seems me the just one way to regularly win the championship is bulling opponents in a long term economic struggle effort.
While I do believe it's better option is careering with your own team, at time am writing (middle 2025) if you pick an Italian teams you will have no chance to fully develop your reserve team simply because in the database there are not enough league in this country to make it play.
It aims to simplify the micromanagement without sacrificing substance, providing a streamlined interface and quick feedback loops, which make it feel less like a spreadsheet simulator and more like an active role-playing game in a football universe.
