The update was a good quality of life improvement, If you want to progress further in the campaign, now only the Bronze Star reward is needed to progress and unlock the beautiful artwork.
This is much more user friendly for the players, and better for the enjoyment of the progression in game.
I can recommend this game if you have friends to play with, can join the regular multiplayer happy hours, or are okay with joining the official discord to find people to play with.
