For the good, this game has a true difficulty now, where even late in the campaign, your units can get one-shot by some of the special bosses.
The presentation and implementation could be better but at the same time, it has a major redeeming quality that plays a big role in moment-to-moment gameplay.
* excellent soundtrack for both the remixed tracks in the base game and the vocal tracks in the premium sound edition
I'd buy the OGs all over again to play on Steam Deck.
So far pretty good, with the engine change comes a lot of improvements such as the battles not locking to 30 FPS when you start, meaning it looks pretty smooth, the game's Frame rate is also no longer capped at 60 at all
