Aside from the overall design, the sheer number of different weapons and perks as well as the random map layouts each run and random bosses create a huge amount of replay value and variation.
There is also a large amount of meta progression in the form of new weapons, new loadouts, perks, buffs, abilities that you can gradually unlock as you progress through the game
The games runs well and is visualy appealing with the cell shaded art style.
I really like how almost everything is shared when playing co-op.
