Betrayal At Club Low developed and published by Cosmo D Studios is a compact yet remarkably inventive narrative RPG that transforms a single nightclub infiltration into a playground of dice-driven decision making and surreal storytelling.

Neon lighting and moody shadows enhance the nightclub atmosphere, while quirky animations emphasize the game’s playful nature.

Cosmo D generally made their name with broadly music-themed, surrealist walking sims, always strong on environmental- and sound design, but burdened with weak writing and a let's say "unique" approach to character design, so I don't think anyone expected their next venture to take them into the burgeoning genre of Disco Elysium-clones, nor that they'd do such a good job at it.

The 6 different difficulty settings definitely help to adjust to your play style and to make the game replayable - it's one of the few games where you really see the game trying to adjust and think about the small things that a player might need (I think all Cosmo D games have this kind of charm).
