good story executed well, with excellent art. very thoughtful and well done trans representation too -- it's clear this game is a labour of love. it kept me thinking about it a little while after, but i'm not sure it'll hold on to me for much longer.
The gameplay is pretty simple and accessible, using the conventions of narrative games and point-and-clicks to emphasize the story and the visuals.
oh my goodness. this game is actually incredible. the artwork, the soundtrack, the story, everything. the gameplay is fun, but not very challenging, and leaves a lot of room for the story to be told. the characters feel whole and fleshed out, and really help build the world in which they exist. psychroma is an impactful, engaging, and artistic experience i think everyone should play at least once!
