Solar Ash

Rei doesn’t merely run—she skates across the surface of the world with a fluidity that makes exploration feel almost balletic.

Overall concept of story is good, but the presentation of it was really bad.

The music, atmosphere, visuals, themes, NPC's, and voice acting are all top notch, and are very much what you could imagine a Hyper Light Drifter in 3D to feel like.

The worlds are a blast to explore, the story is good, the voice acting is great, the movement system is nicely polished, the 3rd person camera system is very often on point (with options to modify behavior to your liking) and the challenges the game provides seems well tuned for a game of this play length (being hard, but not too grindy).

The difficulty settings feel on point for anyone coming in blind, and the unlocked 'Hardcore' setting after getting to the end, while it is not permadeath, is rather hard.

Solar Ash also deliver a really cool and fluid movement system and it play perfectly fine with mouse and keyboard despite the game clearly telling you it's best played with a controller.
