I do feel once you have unlocked all weapons and hit the power ceiling, that the need to replay dwindles quite a bit, but at less than £10 and for easily 80 to 100hrs of gameplay, it's hard to make that in to much of a negative.

Its a beautiful, fairly snappy roguelite action game that focuses on melee combat performed with moves/sequences/combos that you create by freely arranging scrolls that represent individual components of these moves.

It has some problems with longevity, but for its incredibly reasonable price tag, great visuals, innovative systems, and high level of polish, its a strong recommend.

Difficulty ramps up steadily, and while failure is frequent, it rarely feels arbitrary.

Sound design complements this approach with impactful audio cues for attacks and abilities, while the soundtrack maintains an energetic pace that underscores the urgency of each encounter without becoming overwhelming.

Runs great on the Steam Deck although big crowds WILL cause the FPS to suffer, dipping to 30/40fps briefly until enemies clear.
