What players think
The recurring themes across 102 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The gameplay is thoughtful and creative, and plays a big part in the game's narrative.
The combat system is fun and fresh and can be at times challenging but it never felt too hard.
Battle gameplay was quite unique, and mostly well worthwhile, though ultimately somewhat superficial, since despite the multiple ways to play it seems like the end result is always the same despite visual change..
The art style is minimalist, but expressive and cute where it matters, and there are many adorable little details all over the place.
Music was memorable enough that I might be picking up the OST on sale...
